How do I report a problem?

Use the support link below and tell us your iPhone model, iOS version and what happened. A screenshot helps.

How do I manage or cancel a subscription?

Subscriptions are handled by Apple. Open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

How do I delete my data?

If the app has an account, you can delete it from the app's settings. Data stored only on your phone is removed when you delete the app.

Baher is a mechanical engineer from Helwan University who turned planning and data into his craft. He has worked across procurement at Giza Seeds & Herbs, materials planning at Marryat & Scott, and demand planning at Grinta, before joining Mansco (Peugeot Egypt), where he moved from senior supply chain planner to aftersales business planning supervisor.
