Common questions

How do I report a problem?

Open TestFlight, choose the app and tap Send Beta Feedback, or take a screenshot while using the app and share it.

How do I manage or cancel a subscription?

Subscriptions are handled by Apple. Open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

How do I delete my data?

If the app has an account, you can delete it from the app's settings. Data stored only on your phone is removed when you delete the app.
